 *Nandipada PS case No381 dated 13.10.2026 U/S 126(2)/296/78/115(2)/351(3)/3(5) of the BNS / Sections 12 POCSO Act*

Complt- Harihar Jena (38), S/o Bidyadhar Jena of Village Girigaon, P.S. Nandipada, 

 It is alleged that his minor neice namely has been repeatedly harassed by accd one Pralaya Jena, S/o Tukuna Jena of their village. 

 The complainant and his family members has also approached the elders of the accused's family and requested them to restrain him, but no improvement was noticed. Due to fear and continuous harassment, his daughter had stopped going to school.

Accd- (1) Tukuna Jena, S/o Baridhara Jena, (2) Surendra Jena, (3) Kaini Jena, W/o Tukuna Jena, (4) Kamini Jena, W/o Tukuna Jena, and (5) Barsa Jena @ Kandhei, D/o Tukuna Jena. All of them allegedly rushed towards the complainant armed with bricks, stones, wooden sticks and other articles and jointly assaulted him, causing bleeding injuries to his hand and head. They also assaulted the complainant's father. 

Accd pralayJena has been arrested today.
