In view of the college elections scheduled by the Odisha Government, a coordination meeting was organised by Anandapur Police and District Administration with the college authorities of Anandapur College and other stakeholders to ensure peaceful and orderly conduct of the election.
1>The meeting focused on preventive measures to maintain law and order, particularly during the pre-election and post-election periods.
2>All concerned were advised to maintain discipline, avoid confrontation, and strictly adhere to the election guidelines and directions of the administration.
3>Adequate police arrangements, close monitoring of sensitive areas and prompt action against any attempt to disturb peace or create violence will be ensured.
4>Students and all stakeholders were urged to cooperate with the Police and Administration for a safe, peaceful and democratic election process.
